She was almost rapped in Libia, had some accidents in Malaysia, Equador, "Tierra del Fuego", and she suffered terribly from the cold in Canada, but this wasn't enough to stop Moniika Vega from going around the world by motorcycle. Originating from Rio de Janeiro, she started her journey across the globe leaving from Milan on the March 7th 1990 to establish a world record that no one had tried before: to become the first woman in history to go around the world alone on a motorcycle, aiming to catch the attention of the people about things that worried her most, everything that threatend life on our planet.
